2026 UTME: JAMB Directs Candidates To Print Exams Slips.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has directed candidates registered for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to print their Examination Notification Slips ahead of the exercise.
The examination is scheduled to commence on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
In a statement issued by the Board’s spokesperson, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, candidates were strongly advised to print their slips to confirm their examination date, venue, and time, noting that the examination will be conducted over several days.
Candidates can print their slips by visiting the Board’s official website at https://www.jamb.gov.ng and clicking on “2026 UTME Slip Printing.”
JAMB also urged candidates to print their slips early and familiarise themselves with their assigned examination centres before the scheduled date to avoid any inconvenience.
According to the Board, each candidate has been assigned a specific schedule as indicated on the notification slip, which will enable them to arrive early for proper screening and accreditation before the examination begins.
The Board added that this year’s examination will feature enhanced security measures aimed at curbing malpractice.
Candidates and centre owners have therefore been warned to refrain from any form of misconduct, as strict sanctions will be enforced.
