TRCN Assures Stability Of Digital Portal After Brief Disruption.
The Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, TRCN, has assured teachers and stakeholders that its digital portal is now stable following a brief disruption in December.
The Registrar of TRCN, Dr. Ronke Soyombo, gave the assurance at a news conference in Abuja.
She explained that the downtime lasted for only one week and was caused by technical issues linked to the council’s former service provider.
Dr. Soyombo, however, acknowledged that some teachers still experience difficulty accessing the platform.
She also reiterated that registration and certification by TRCN remain mandatory for all teachers, in line with the council’s mandate.
